Somanabolic Muscle Maximizer - The exercise to build arms

The exercise to build arms:

• Sit on the bench. Feet resting on the floor, the back has to be straight. Take a dumbbell in your right hand. Become A Muscle Builder

• Raise your hand with a dumbbell and fully straighten up. Arm bent at the elbow, head of the dumbbell behind your head. The palm should be facing forward. Elbow should look up the torso in an upright position; the chin is parallel to the floor.

• Top of hand (from the shoulder to the elbow) remains fixed during the entire exercise straining the triceps to straighten the hand with a dumbbell. Moving only the forearm, bending occurs only at the elbow.

• Fully straighten your arm; it should be an additional strain triceps.

• Again, bend your arm at the elbow. The triceps are held in suspense, dumbbell back to the starting position (behind the head). After a short pause, the exercise is repeated.

• After completing the required number of repetitions with your right hand, you should do the same with the left. This is one approach. This exercise is carried out in three - four sets of 13 repetitions on average each hand. Introduction to Kyle Leon

Extension arms in the slope - This type of exercise is used for the harmonious development of the right and left side of the triceps, as well as to render the terrain shape and hone triceps arm.
